The coastal influence and proximity to Monterey Bay combined with high elevations create a wide diurnal shift in the growing season, leading to a concentrated fruit profile while maintaining freshness and acidity. The fruit was foot-crushed and fermented whole-cluster before maturation in neutral barrique. Red-fruited with orange peel and spice aromas and chalky, fine tannins.13% abv.</p>
