<p>as much of oregon was blanketed with smoke from wildfires, brix development dame to a stop. the muscat from rizzo vineyard (organic, planted in 2000) in the eola-amity hills was harvest in the middle of mich-needed rains, clusters swelling but intact from smoke. it was fermented to dryness on its skins for nine days and was raised in stainless steel. due to the unique harvest conditions alcohol was 8.4 upon completion. twenty percent of the finished wine is a cofermented blend of chardonnay andn sauvignon blanc which bossted abv 1.5% and lends the delivate wine a little structure – Monument Wine Co</p>
