Pedro Coelho, the man behind Pormernor, makes a host of experimental “against-type” red wines but this is his nostalgic ode to the classic wines of the region. Made with all indigenous varietals inside his garage-sized winery, the fruit is fermented naturally in tank before seeing almost two years in old barrel.
