Southwestern exposure, gentle slope.</li><li>Viticulture: Organic (not certified)</li><li>Vinification: Long, gentle pressing, indigenous yeast fermentation in older barrels with no added SO2, aged 11 months in barrel and 5 months in stainless steel tank, minimal total SO2, no fining, no filtration.</li></ul>
