The vines are situated 310m above the sea with a South/West orientation.</p><p>Age of vines: 15 years old</p><p>Vinification: Grapes are harvested two passes early October giving two different levels of maturity // 30 to 40-day maceration, 30% whole bunch, in concrete tanks // Ageing for 20 months in “tronconique” wooden tank and concrete tanks.</p><p>-Importer’s note</p>
