<p>50% Caíño Longo / 50% Brancellao</p><p>The plots are located within Val do Avia, characterized by a Mediterranean climate with some influence from the Atlantic. In the vineyard we will find granite soils at altitudes ranging from 170 to 230 meters. Here, the 60-year-old vines have the perfect conditions as well as varying orientations depending on the plot. Each variety is fermented separately in stainless steel tanks. Selected grapes, 100% whole cluster, and indigenous yeast are used. No pumps or aggressive extractions. Aged 16 months aging process in 5 HL wooden barrels.</p>
