This particular clone is thought to possess a slighly more acidic characteristic which lends itself better to a drier style of Riesling.</p><p>Every year, we aim to make a fruit-driven, dry Riesling that has an explosive flavor profile. To achieve this in 2019, we held off harvesting to the end of October when the fruit has reached maximum ripeness for this vintage.
