<p>Hand harvested, destemmed, macerated for 1 day with the skins then the free run juice transfered into fiber glass tanks using gravity.</p><p>This petnat is made from dry farmed and organically grown 68% Moscatel de Alejandría and 16% Corinto (aka Chasselas) and 16% Torontel, made similarly to their rosé petnat “Chacolí” this is destemmed, macerated for 1 day with the skins then the free run juice is transferred into fiber glass tanks using gravity where it remains for 2 months before being bottled without filtering, fining, disgorging or sulfur. </p>
