<p>No herbicides (only manual) and they only use a minimal amount of copper and sulfur in the vineyard – aiming towards as minimal an environmental impact as possible.</p><p>Aged in Slavonian botti of 10-20HL for 18 months followed by time in the bottle before release. No clarification or filtering before bottling.</p><p>333 cases of 12 bottles produced.</p>
