<p>Chiussuma’s first vintage of Carema was 2016.</p><p>The parcels are all vinified separately and then blended after.</p><p>Fermentation takes place in steel and lasts from 12 to 15 days.</p><p>After fermentation the wine is aged in barrels (5-6 years old) where it stays for around 14 months before being bottled.</p>
