<p>The hectare of vines, entirely in Sassella, is kept with a minimalist approach that follows an anthroposophical vision of nature and its habitat. The vinification is done in amphora with a spontaneous fermentation of whole berries and is followed by a maceration on its skins of 121 days. The wine then ages in ceramic (clayver). No sulfur is added.</p>
