<p>Rostaing farms approximately 1.6 ha of vines in La Landonne, many over 60 years old—some nearing a century—planted in red, iron-rich schist soils on Côte Brune’s steep slopes. </p><p>Hand-harvested Syrah is fermented with roughly 10–20% whole clusters, depending on vintage, with the rest destemmed. The wine matures for up to two years in mostly used French oak barrels, with only ~10% new oak to maintain purity and focus.</p>
