<p>From 4 parcels in Chambolle-Musigny, Brochon and Gilly-les-Citeaux, on clay-limestone soils. All of which are Organic (Ecocert, 2019) with biodynamic methods. In the cellar there are is no added SO2 during vinification. The Pinot is all de-stemmed, fermented with its ambient yeast. Punchdowns and pump-overs depending on the vintage. Aged for 12-16 months in barrels (0-20% new). No fining, light filtration if necessary. 30-45 ppm total SO2 at bottling.</p>
