<p>Violot-Guillemard is a hidden jewel in Pommard that has been producing wine since 1880, and a champion of organic farming practices since 1999. In 2016, Joannès Violot-Guillemard took over responsibility of the family’s 8 hectares from his father, Thierry. With it changing the scope and direction of the wines, upping the inclusion of whole cluster, shortening up elevage. And, it shows in the wines which are fragrant and delicious. </p>
