<p>100% Sauvignon Gris (a pink-berried mutation of Sauvignon Blanc) from the gravelly-loam and limestone soils of Paicines, the southernmost AVA of San Benito County. The grapes were gently pressed and naturally fermented in a combination of neutral oak and stainless steel. The wine is crisp with tart acidity and a nice aromatic range of citrus, stone fruit, and tarragon. There is a distinct herbal quality without the sharper green characteristics commonly associated with Sauvignon Blanc. 12.8% abv.</p>
