<ul><li>Size: 0.12 ha (0.30 ac)</li><li>Vine Age: Planted in 1986</li><li>Terroir: From <em>Les Basses Chenevrières</em> on the northern side of Marsannay, on light, well-draining soils with little clay.</li><li>Viticulture: Certified organic (Ecocert, 2023), biodynamic methods</li><li>Vinification: No added SO2 during vinification or aging. 50-75% whole cluster, 2-week ambient yeast fermentation with punch-downs for the first 5 days followed by daily pump-overs with one final punch-down before pressing. Aged for 15 months in barrels (0-40% new). SO2 added before bottling (25-40 ppm total).</li></ul>
