<ul><li>Variety: Chardonnay Rose</li><li>Size: 0.12 ha (0.30 ac)</li><li>Vine Age: Planted in 2015</li><li>Terroir: From the lieu-dit <em>Les Echezeaux</em>, a cool site located at the entrance of a valley. Rocky soil with little clay.</li><li>Viticulture: Certified organic (Ecocert, 2023), biodynamic methods. High density plantation with 20,000 vines/ha. No hedging, canopies are braided (<em>tressage</em>) for optimum ripeness and balance.</li><li>Vinification: Crushed and pressed for 5-6 hours with a basket press. Ambient yeast fermentation in barrels, no added SO2 during vinification. Aged for 12 months in barrels (40% new) and another 9 months in stainless steel tank. SO2 added when transferred to tank (25-40 ppm total at bottling).</li></ul>
