<p>A classic Aviet Trousseau sourced from the domaine’s warmest, iron-oxide–rich parcels—<em>Pointe du Puits</em> and <em>Pécaillot</em> (“PPT”)—where the red marls of Arbois give the grape its signature depth and spice. Hand-harvested fruit is destemmed and fermented with native yeasts, followed by aging in large, old foudres to preserve purity and structure.</p>
