<p>Location: Castelletto Merli is located in the hills of Monferrato, in the province of Alessandria, inthe Italian region of Piedmont.</p><p>Agriculture: 5 year old vines are grown organically on calcareous clay soil at 250 meters.</p><p>Vinification: Fermentation and maceration for 6 days in stainless steel with neutral selectedyeasts. Maturation in stainless steel with no fining. Wide filtration (0,45 micron) only at bottling.</p>
