<p>In exceptional vintages, the most distinctive parcel is vinified separately. Particella B5 2021 was harvested in the 3rd week of September, macerated for 43 days with a submerged cap and no pumpovers, then aged for 10 months in 20 hl oak (Stockinger), followed by 10 months in 16 hl and 3.2 hl amphoras (Tava), and bottled on May 28th, 2023.</p><p>From the importer</p>
