<p>This is partly estate fruit from the Heilig Kreuz site in Bechtheim and part purchased (organic) fruit from friends and neighbors. It is fermented in 100% stainless steel, with extended lees aging. It is a fairly full-bodied, dry wine at the entry level for Dreissigacker.</p>
