A masterclass in balance and restraint, showcasing the unique terroir of Burgenland’s Seewinkel region. Sourced from vines aged between 20 and 45 years, the grapes are hand-harvested at full ripeness. Post-harvest, the whole clusters undergo a gentle pressing, followed by spontaneous fermentation in used oak barrels.
