<p>A delicious dark-rosé style wine made by Salva Batlle (of Cosmic) himself. The blend is a co-ferment of 60% Monastrell and 40% Xarello grown organically/biodynamically in the “Rodonyà” vineyard in Serra del Monmell (Tarragona) over clay-limestone soils. Hand harvested, joint cold-ferment of all varieties for 12 hours with native yeasts in stainless and aged less than a year before bottling – unfined, unfiltered, and zero SO2. Limited production, loads of that crunchy, tart pomegranate flavor. Endlessly enjoyable and serve chilled but not *too* cold.</p>
