<p>Made with Garnacha Blanca, its production is extremely limited, as are the organic vineyards from which it originates. Its primary characteristic is an abundance of acidity, which is complemented by a variety of taste sensations and fragrances ranging from tropical fruits to citrus and floral notes. Soft pressing, stainless steel ferment with natural yeast and spontaneous fermentation. Hand harvested, bottled without sulfur. </p>
