<p>A blend of 70% Alicante bouschet and 30% Mencía. The Alicante comes from Corullon and the Mencia from Valtuille de Abajo. Pescuda means to search. 11 months of elevage 1/2 in old barrels and 1/2 in stainless steel.</p>
