<p>The Ca N’Estruc Negre is a lovely and drinkable red wine made from 50% estate fruit and 50% rented vineyards from vines planted on clay, limestone and gravel soils that range from 25-40 years in age. All vineyards are maintained according to biodynamic principles. This blend of 68% Garnatxa Negra, 15% Carinyena, and 17% Syrah is made from destemmed fruit fermented naturally in stainless steel tanks. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation but sees no oak aging. The aromatics are full of fresh red fruits such as currants and raspberries, mixed with wild Mediterranean herbs and a bit of black pepper. On the palate, the wine is textured and juicy, with notes of berries, licorice, and violets. Perfect for grilled dishes.</p><p>13.5% alc | 1 g/l RS | 91 mg SO2</p><p>-Importer’s note</p>
