Biodiversity is prioritized and no chemicals are used in the vineyard. 60+-year old vines that yield about 20 hl/ha.</p><p>SoilsStone and flint</p><p>Harvest & VinificationHand harvested. Maceration of less than 10 days under controlled temperature. Native yeast fermentation in egg-shaped concrete tanks. Aged on lees for 14 months. Winemaking is approached naturally.</p>
