<p>A blend of 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc from the Guinaudeau family’s estate in Mouillac, Fronsac. The vines are cultivated on clay-limestone soils and farmed using sustainable practices. Hand-harvested grapes undergo native yeast fermentation in concrete vats, followed by 12 months of aging in French oak barrels (30% new).</p>
