<p>Since La Gravotte lies within the original Clos du Tue-Boeuf (which is in fact a clos), the estate name features prominently at the top of the label along with the estate’s emblem of a cow with wings. This is how the Puzelat visually distinguish their historic land in Cheverny. </p><p>Whole-cluster, open-top, semi-carbonic fermentation. Pressed and aged for eight months in used Burgundian barrels and 400-liter demi-muids, bottled unfiltered with minimal or no sulfur.</p>
