<p>A 1990 planting of 1.67 hectares of Aligote in Trousselle’s home village of Orches in the upper cliffs of the Hautes-Cotes de Beaunes. Soil is a mix of Clay and limestone. Organically farmed, all hand-harvested. Aged 12 months in neutral French oak.</p>
