<p>This 100% Chardonnay from Cambon and de Villaine’s legendary estate is drawn from their four lease-plots in the famed “Le Charlemagne” and “En Charlemagne” lieux-dits on the hill of Corton, totaling approximately 2.9 ha.</p><p>Cultivated in biodynamically managed vines and harvested carefully in early September, the must is fermented with indigenous yeasts in French oak barrels and aged for 18 months before bottling.</p>
