<p>Selected from two premium parcels (total ~0.50 ha) between Corgoloin and Comblanchien, this cuvée reflects Didier’s intent to bottle his top Côte de Nuits‑Villages fruit separately. The vines—now around 40 years old—are grown on clay-limestone soils and farmed organically. </p><p>After hand harvesting, the grapes are not destemmed and undergo gentle extraction using manual punch-downs and occasional pump-overs. Fermentation is wild (indigenous yeasts), followed by élevage for 14–16 months in barrel with roughly 10% new oak. </p>
