<p>From Didier Fornerol’s holdings in Corgoloin, at the southern edge of the Côte de Nuits, this Pinot Noir comes from the limestone-rich Les Perrières parcel, where thin, rocky soils give both lift and grip. The fruit is hand-harvested and largely destemmed, with a native-yeast fermentation in open-top vats and gentle pump overs to favor purity over extraction. Élevage runs for about 18 months in barrel (around 20% new) before bottling without fining or filtration.</p><p>
