<p>Vines are planted at a density of 11,000 to 20,000 vines per hectare. Annual production is approximately 550 cases. The name of this parcel most likely comes from <em>trembles</em> (aspen trees) that grew here at one point.</p><ul><li>Southern border with Chassagne, 3% slope, 230-meters elevation, deeper clay-limestone soil, massal selection</li><li>Vinification: Gentle pneumatic pressing, no pump-overs, long fermentation. Aged for 12 months in 300L and 600L barrels (0-5% new oak), followed by 6-12 months blending in tank.</li></ul>
