<p>For many years, he spent his professional life in the art of sourcing wood and crafting barrels. In 2018, he started part-time studying in Beaune and working at Domaine André et Mireille Tissot with Stéphane his mentor.</p><p>In 2021, he made his first cuvée “Coup de Feu” a 100% Chardonnay from a tiny 1-acre parcel in Arbois called “La Régole”.</p><p>In 2022, he obtained several parcels from Tissot and Domaine les Bodines. Today, in addition to the parcel “La Régole” the estate consists of 6ha of various lieu-dits.
