<p>From a 0.5 hectare parcel of vines planted in 1955 and 1956, located close to the Encégnières and Vide-Bourse 1er Crus. Fermentation begins in tank, then the wine is aged in 228 and 350 L French Allier oak barrels for 12 months, 35% new.</p>
