<p>Emmanuel Rouget’s Nuits-Saint-Georges Village bottling is crafted from Pinot Noir grown in the appellation’s limestone-rich soils. The 2023 vintage underwent traditional fermentation with native yeasts, followed by aging in French oak barrels, a portion of which were new.</p>
