<p>From a steep, south-facing parcel on marl soils in the Faset cru, this Barbaresco is 100% Nebbiolo, destemmed and fermented with native yeasts in open-top vats. Aged 24 months in seasoned 300L French oak (10+ years old), then 3 months in bottle. No post-ferment maceration, minimal handling. Dense and structured, more Barolo than Barbaresco in profile. Unfined, unfiltered.</p>
