<p>Heya is made at Eddie Chami’s place at Mersel, it’s his wife Michelle and her neighbor Claudine, who is an orchard farmer. Heya means “she” in Arabic, and a member of their all-woman vineyard crew is on each label.</p><p>“Kanz” is 60/40 grenache/syrah fermented and aged in Lebanese amphora, they’re done whole cluster/carbonic.
