<p>Normally, Jérémy Arnaud vinifies each of his plots separately, but ‘Les Veuillots’ is an exception. This 1.7-hectare family parcel, densely planted on marl-limestone soils with full southern exposure, is special enough to warrant three distinct expressions—each shaped solely by its élevage: stainless steel, cement egg, or wooden barrel.</p><p>This is <em>Bois</em>, the version aged in used 228L oak barrels. </p><p>Country/Region: Chablis, Burgundy, FranceGrape Variety: 100% ChardonnayProducer: Jérémy ArnaudFarming: Certified organic.
