Named after a Dominican folktale of aman-eating forest banshee, La Ciguapa is equal parts Aromella and Aurora. After twoweeks on the skins, La Ciguapa aged for one year in used oak barrels and conditioned in bottle for another year. Minimal sulfur added at press.</p>
