<p>2022 is 90% Malbec, 10% Merlot</p><p>Vineyards: Biodynamically farmed. </p><p>Making of: Grapes are hand-harvested. Spontaneous fermentation, then bottled while still fermenting (Méthode ancestrale). Aged on the lees in an old limestone quarry for an extended period, then disgorged on order. Unfined, unfiltered, no added SO2. </p>
