<p>This wine comes from grapes grown in several different plots on the property in Sisan, Bibadumia. They have a total of 3 hectares. Granite based soils with a good mix of silt from the nearby Umia River. The juice ferments in a combination of 225, 300 and 500 liter used oak barrels for 12 months. Aged in barrel for 12 months.</p><p>Joint venture of Rodrigo Mendez and Raul Perez. The first vintage was 2021. </p>
