<p>50% Müller-Thurgau 50% Riesling, the MT was crushed and the Riesling was pressed whole bunch – the whole bunch Riesling juice went ontop of the crushed MT for all of alcoholic fermentation. A push and pull – the MT bringing some fleshy juicy textural notes and the riesling providing zip.</p>
