<p>A low-intervention Chenin from biodynamic parcels in Anjou’s schist-heavy terroirs, <em>Pulpes</em> is pressed gently and fermented with native yeasts before aging in older vessels to keep the texture pure and unforced. The 2022 shows Chenin in its most electric register: citrus oil, quince, and white peach overlaying a smoky-slate mineral line inherent to Anjou’s dark schists. Lees lift adds quiet depth without rounding edges. Taut, saline, and texturally fine—an expressive, high-energy Chenin that captures Augereau’s intuitive, vineyard-first approach.</p>
