<p>This Pommard comes from 90 old vines at the edge of Pommard facing the Nantoux Quarry. The stamp-sized plot, only .15ha, is owned and farmed organically by one of the three partners at Tercet, which ensures them complete control of the wine from vineyard to bottling. </p><p>Natural yeast, whole clusers, and semi carbonic in stainless steel. Raised for 18 months in used barrels, bottled w/o fining or filtering. </p>
