<p>Harvested from 40ish year old vineyards on a combination of granite and schist soils ataround 600 meters of elevation. The fruit is pressed directly off the skins, followed byfermentation in stainless steel tanks. It then ages for 6 months on the fine lees in cement tank.</p>
