<p>Selection of organic Vespaiola grapes. Spontaneously fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tank for 3 months and additional 6 months resting with the fine lees. Clear, light yellow color with green shades. Citrus bouquet on the nose with grapefruit, lemon, and a green notes of fresh grass. Rich and ripe on the palate it fills the mounth and cleans it at the end with it’s freshness, given by its great acidity. -producer’s note</p>
