No? Then you probably missed the best meal yet. It’s called “Apple Horseradish”. With this bottle we celebrate the marriage between our apples and the horseradish from our garden. This is our contribution to traditional Burgenland cuisine. The apples are chopped up and the horseradish (stardust) waits to be sprinkled on top by Siegi. Why Siegi? Because Siegi is the name of Michael’s mother and, as everyone knows, mothers are the best cooks in the world. So this cider is actually not just a drink, but a feast.
