<p>Organic. Made from all Etna fruit, with over 90% estate, sfuso is a love letter to the bulk wines that used to define Etna viticulture. 84% is a classic Vino Di Anna field blend from vintage 2022 of primarily Nerello Mascalese with small amounts of Nerello Cappuccio, Grenache and indigenous white varieties. It spent 2 years in barrel until spring 2025, when Anna added 15% 2024 Palmento rosso and 1% Jeudi 15 rosato 2024 give it a little extra dose of liveliness. All future releases will likely be multi-vintage blends. Unfined, unfiltered with 30ppm SO2 during production.</p>
